Adult Beginners
For 18+ who have little or no experience of swimming. This is particularly for people who are nervous of the water and are not comfortable with floating, putting their face in, or standing in the middle of the pool without holding on.
If you have basic stroke(s), are happy to float face-in, travel without floats from side-to-side (widths or lengths) and are comfortable in deeper water, up to your shoulders you should choose 'Adult improver'.
